Megan is a certified holistic health counselor, naturopathic practitioner, healing diets counselor, medicinal aromatherapist, Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, birth and post-partum doula, Vedic Thai massage therapist, reflexologist, and access bars practitioner. In practice for over 10 years, Megan is dedicated to helping others to revive and revitalize from the inside out, discover their true nature, and expand to their highest potential.

More About Megan
Megan has been studying and practicing various forms of holistic healing for over 10 years. Inspired by her own suffering to find true health, she sought out a multi-faceted education in the field of natural medicine.
Her journey in the healing arts began in the religion department at Temple University where she studied Hindu philosophy, Buddhism, Taoism, Zen, and Tantra. Inspired by her studies of yogic texts, Megan could not resist diving deep in to a Hatha yoga practice that, she soon discovered, would heal her body, her mind, and her heart.
In 2004, Megan immersed herself into meditation practices and studies of sacred geometry and metaphysics which led her to become a certified practitioner of Reiki.
In 2006, Megan graduated from Temple University with a B. A. in Psychology and Religion. That same year, she also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, and, also, from her second 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
In 2007, Megan began studying with Michael “Mukti” Buck of the Vedic Conservatory, expanding her yoga and healing arts practice to include Vedic Thai Massage.
In 2010, Megan chose to deepen her education in natural medicine at the School of Natural Medicine in Boulder, CO. It is here she has studied naturopathy, herbology, iridology, essential oils therapy, Raindrop technique, reflexology, healing diets, flower essences, and sound healing.
In 2012, Megan trained with DONA to become a birth and postpartum doula. As a doula, Megan has found her passion for supporting and offering guidance to pregnant women, new moms, and their families.
Megan is continuallly blessed with the guidance of many gifted teachers. Some of her greatest influences are William Culley Allen; Renata Gregori; Simon Park; Michael Buck; Daniel Shankin; Adam Sobel; Joey Smith; Farida Sharan; Sri Dharma Mittra; her daughter, Kaia; and every student and client she has ever had the pleasure of practicing with.
Sara is a certified Nia Brown Belt and Moving to Heal instructor and Nia FreeDance facilitator. She has been teaching Nia for 15 years and dancing since three years old. She is also currently a dance movement therapy student
Brian specializes in bodywork fusion. He is a Vedic Thai Yoga Massage Therapist with over 200 hours of training from the Vedic Conservatory and he has studied multiple levels of traditional Thai Yoga at the International School of Shiatsu and Institute of Thai Massage. Additionally, Brian offers Swedish massage, facial reflexology, Reiki, and is a certified personal trainer. Through this variety of modern and ancient techniques, Brian can provide you with a unique and deeply healing bodywork experience.
Lori has spent 5 years in Japan practicing and studying Hatha Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda. As an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Lori has been teaching Yoga for 3 years.
Maureen (parvati) Heil
Parvati came to the Healing Arts during the prolonged illness of a family member, and something shifted. she fell in love with the healing and opening she found, and want to share it with the world. She feels strongly that if you heal the Spirit, the Mind will follow, and if you heal the Mind, the Body will follow. This shows up in her open heart and the joy she brings. Parvati is energetic, passionate, and playful. She embodies love, devotion, and inner strength; she teaches from the wisdom of her true teacher-the Heart.

After many years of classroom teaching in Philadelphia I took an early retirement. I began yoga teacher training in order to learn more about the philosophy, psychology and spirituality of yoga for my own personal growth without the intention of teaching. Gradually, I discovered that I wanted to share my love of yoga, far beyond the physical practice. Yoga has completely transformed my life and has given me peace, balance, presence and joy. I am very grateful to all of my teachers who have helped me on my path in ways they can’t even imagine.
Erin discovered the power of yoga and meditation as an undergraduate at Penn State University. Her experiences of clarity and peace during practice instilled in her a deep passion for alternative healing. She has since acquired certification through the University of Maryland’s Center of Integrative Medicine (RYS-200) and is passionate about sharing her knowledge so that others may discover their own reservoir of calm and healing. She designs classes creatively with the intention of helping students connect with their inner power and to feel at home in their body and mind.
Michael McAndrews, first discovered the subtle but powerful effects of Qi or Chi while studying various martial arts in his early years. Later, his study of QiGong was deepened during Shiatsu training at the International School of Zen Shiatsu. Michael has had the privilege to attend lectures and receive training from renowned QiGong masters such as Robert Peng, Michael Winn, Mingtong Gu, Minke de Vos and Ken Cohen while at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck NY. In addition to his sharing of QiGong practice, Michael is Reiki certified and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Ilene Rosen loves teaching yoga to children because of the ways it helps them learn, be calm, and have fun! She completed her RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Child, centered in Philadelphia. She also has an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and is almost finished with a 3-year program to be a CYT (Comprehensive Yoga Therapist.) In addition to being a yogi, Ilene is an educator, writer and editor, parent, and dog-owner.
I am a long-time dance student and instructor who began teaching 20+ years ago in Portland, Oregon, where I trained and certified in my first Mind/Body Fitness technique. Over many years, I have explored many forms of mind/body fitness as well as Pole Fitness training and Exotic Dance training and cerified in both. I incorporate all of those as well as my own life experience and healing to bring a structure that allows women to express themselves as well as to develop strength, flexibility and a healthy relationship to their body. I spent many years swinging between anorexia and bulimia and so understand being different sizes and love to support each individual wherever they find themselves!
